Nordtrack Limited Warranty — ATV/UTV Track Systems

NORDTRACK LIMITED WARRANTY
ATV/UTV Track Systems — WR4 / WR4X / HD4S / HD4X / XR4 Series

Eligibility

The original purchaser of a rubber track kit bought through Nordtrack or an authorized Nordtrack parts reseller.

Coverage

The drive system and its chassis, excluding the track, for ATV and UTV models are warranted from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

A rubber track that becomes unusable due to a material or manufacturing defect, as determined by Nordtrack, will be replaced or a credit will be issued toward the purchase of a replacement track, at Nordtrack's sole discretion.

Claims Process

If a customer files a complaint, the first step is to confirm that the track kit was purchased through Nordtrack or an authorized dealer.

Complete the warranty claim form in full, including a description of the problem
Provide clear supporting photos
Provide the purchase invoice from Nordtrack or from the dealer to the end user (if applicable)

Warranty Exclusions

Track that is no longer owned by the original purchaser
Track systems installed on OEM equipment (the OEM warranty applies)
Damage resulting from improper use or installation, or use exceeding the design specifications
Failure resulting from abuse, negligence, modification, accident, terrain or road hazards, stubble damage, overloading, or mismatched tracks
Use of non-approved chassis components or improper maintenance
Aesthetic defects (exterior cracks, splits, surface damage) that do not affect the usability or overall service life of the track
Any use, installation, repair, or adjustment deemed improper by Nordtrack

Owner's Obligations

Notify Nordtrack of the failure during the applicable warranty period
Provide valid proof of purchase
File the warranty claim within 30 days of the failure
Pay shipping costs to the warranty service location
Pay installation costs and applicable taxes
Maintain and adjust drive chassis components properly

Warranty Period — Replacement Track

If a track is replaced due to a material or manufacturing defect during the initial warranty period, the new warranty will be limited to the warranty applicable to the replacement track, minus the months of service already used under the original warranty.

Opposite-Side Replacement

The cost of replacing the track on the opposite side, which is not covered under warranty, is not covered by Nordtrack. This cost remains the customer's responsibility in all cases.

Legal Rights

This warranty supersedes all other statements, warranties, or conditions, express or implied. Nordtrack's liability is limited to pro-rated track replacement. Nordtrack shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including bodily injury, property damage, loss of profits, or cost of replacement equipment rental.

The limitation period for any legal action under this warranty is two (2) years from the date of actual or presumed discovery of the defect.
