ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
A refund request may be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

General Policy

At Nordtrack, all sales are considered final. We manufacture high-quality custom track systems, and each order is handled with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept merchandise returns.

However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a refund request within 30 days of the purchase date. Any request received after this period will not be processed.

Applicable Fees if Approved

If your refund request is approved, the following fees will be deducted from the refunded amount:

20% cancellation fee on the total order amount
3.5% processing fee for payments made by credit card

Example

For an order of $1,000 paid by credit card:
— Cancellation fee (20%): $200
— Processing fee (3.5%): $35
Net refund: $765

How to Submit a Request

To initiate a refund request, contact us within 30 days of your purchase using one of the following:

Exclusion Conditions

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

Request submitted after the 30-day window from the purchase date
Product already installed on a vehicle
Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
Custom orders or made-to-order parts
